Become part of Cotton Patch Gospel!

Cotton Patch Gospel is available to be presented at select venues. Becoming part of the tour is simple and affordable. See below for two options available for you to present this professional production to your community.

Option 1: Tickets
This option comes at no direct cost to the church, The Arts Engine collects the ticket revenue from the audience. • Choose a date for your performance. This production is available in May of 2012. • You provide a refundable deposit to confirm the date of the performance • The Arts Engine sets up an online box office service in addition to providing a ticket template. Ticket prices are set in consultation with you for optimal accessibility • The Arts Engine provides customized promotional templates for posters, bulletin inserts, postcards and powerpoint slides. The Arts Engine provides promotional support for media announcements.

Option 2: Flat Fee
The church covers the costs of the performance. Flat fee amounts are based on location of the church, and the desired date. Contact Tom Carson to discuss fee arrangements. • Choose a date for your performance. Production Requirements
Shows are designed to tour into churches as part of our ongoing commitment to bring professional arts projects into the Christian community. We have performed in a wide variety of venues, and we strive to make our productions flexible and practical. • A performance area of about 16 feet by 16 feet • Access to your church sound system, and a sound person on the performance date. (We provide a sound system in churches where this is not possible) • Access to 4 power outlets for portable lighting and sound equipment • Volunteers to help with ushering and box office duties (for ticket option) • Volunteers to help with load in and load out • For some locations, billeting may be required.
